We are committed to delivering nutritious, high-quality meals straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about our delivery process.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to metro Melbourne suburbs within our designated delivery zones. Please check our delivery area map on the website or contact us at info@saribaby.com.au to confirm if we deliver to your location.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made weekly, with orders fulfilled on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Cut-off for placing or modifying an order is 5 PM Friday for Sunday delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly based on logistics and traffic conditions, but we will notify you of your estimated delivery window in advance.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery is free for orders over $150.
  • For orders below $150, a delivery fee of $14.95 will apply.
  • Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Safe Drop Policy

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, our driver will leave your order in your designated "safe place" as provided during checkout.
  • If no safe place is provided, your order will be left at the front door. SARI is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the order has been delivered.

Delivery Instructions

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide:

  • Accurate address details, including any building or gate codes.
  • Specific instructions for accessing your property (e.g., "Leave the box at the side gate").

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered. 

Changes to Delivery

  • You can update your delivery details or reschedule your order up to the cut-off time of 5 PM Friday  by contacting us at info@saribaby.com.au.
  • Changes made after the cut-off may not be accommodated and could incur additional charges.

Missed Deliveries

  • If a re-delivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete address details, an additional fee of $15 may apply.
  • Orders left unattended at the front door or in a safe drop location are considered successfully delivered.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that impact our ability to deliver, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery time or issue a refund if necessary.
